They are a 10 Star Team. We had a complicated situation in regards to selling Ken's villa related to being out of state, his health issues, and many liens on the villa. The Orcutt team never lost momentum in selling the villa even with all the surprises. Their willingness to keep us updated by phone calls, emails, and texts was much appreciated. The Orcutt team went above and beyond to make sure Ken's villa was sold in record time. The Orcutt team was good humored (lots of laughs) and perseverant. Dee Dee and Mike were amazing to work with as we were trying to find a home in Tucson to rent to out adult children who are both working in Tucson We were in Tucson for only 3 days so the pressure was on to find a place that worked for us.

We kissed a lot of frogs over two days but found two places and then put a bid on one of them. As we live in MN communication was key to negotiating a price and going back and forth with the seller. Once our offer was accepted the Dee Dee and Mike helped to arrange the home inspection and referred us to several local experts to help with necessary repairs. They were on top of everything the entire time. They helped out with everything they could and even dropped off some house warming gifts!!
